A Soul Session is a powerful process for releasing the block that’s keeping you stuck so that you feel soul-aligned and inspired to take that next step. If you are feeling overwhelmed or fearful in your work, creative pursuits, a relationship or your well-being, a Soul Session will help you to move forward in a grounded, soulful and joyful way.
What happens during a Soul Session ?
A Soul Session is a 75 minute session. In the first part of your session I will help you untangle and reframe the area where you are feeling stuck so that your logical brain can relax and gain new clarity and insight. In the second part of your session I will guide you on an a shamanic journey to release the block and alchemise the energy. This provides the energetic momentum you need to move forward with ease.

Powerful healing on cellular, energetic or ancestral level.
A tangible energetic shift so that you can move forward.
Tools and integration exercises for maintaining momentum.
A deep insight into the soul lesson that you are being asked to learn.
