Originally from Ireland, I now live in Tortorella, a medieval village in the mountains of southern Italy.
I’m passionate about helping women connect to the wisdom of their Soul and clear the blocks that are holding them back, so they can shine their radiant light in the world.
I know it’s not always easy to listen to the wisdom of your Soul. I’d a successful career as a media executive that my ego and my bank account loved. I’d had plenty of nudges that something needed to change but I ignored them - until I burnt out.

24 years experience as a Soul Guide and extensive training in shamanism, energy medicine, tantra and relationship psychology allows me to truly understand my clients and provide them with the multi-faceted tools they need to transform their personal, creative or professional lives.
Through my Soul Readings, Soul Sessions and Crossing the Threshold Program, I offer my clients a safe, non judgemental space for transformation and change that is both practical and spiritual.
